A quien no le gusta viajar?, conocer sitios y personas nuevas?, para mi lo que mas disfruto es hacerlo por tierra, manejando. Al estar en el camino, disfruto del paisaje, y de imaginar como seria vivir en estos sitios. Pero como dice aquella frase "todo en exceso es malo", y despues de practicamente un mes viajando, durmiendo en hoteles, visitando amigos y familiares e incluso conoceciendo gente nueva mientras vives en su casa, Alexis y yo estabamos listos para tener nuestro "sitio".
Who does not like to travel? be in new places and meet new people? In my case, I enjoy traveling by land, driving. Hit the road and wander with the view and imagine how it would be living in the different sites you pass through. But, as the quote says: "everything in excess is bad", and after almost a month traveling, sleeping in hotels, visiting friends and family and even meeting new people as we stay at their places, Alexis and I were ready to have our own place.
Ahora ya tenemos nuestro departamento. Pequeño? tal vez, pero agradable, y con una muy buena ubicacion para poder conocer la ciudad a pie. En estos dias, poco a poco hemos trabajando en hacerlo mas comodo, pero ya estamos listos a recibir a todos aquellos amigos y familiares que gusten visitarnos! Asi que preparen maletas y alistense, que aca en D.C. tienen su casa!
Now we have our place. small? maybe a little bit, but really nice and with an excellent location, so we are going to be able to get around the city by foot. These last few days we have been working on making it more comfortable, but we are already expecting friends and family to visit us, so grab your luggage and come to D.C.!
